Part 3 - Destiny and Destruction

Schoolboy and amateur inventor James Lightware is compelled to continue his secret quest to save the world from an alliance of treacherous super-humans and ther evil alien masters. But on this mission the danger not only confronts him in exotic places and time periods, but threatens his family and friends at home!
But James now has less than a week left to complete his mission - to get the twelve sacred zodiac crystals of ancient Atlantis and destroy their power before the aliens get them first and use them to take over the world.
Destiny and Destruction continues the quest, with James and his allies TALON, Max and Davius travelling through time to get the Aries crystal before the aliens do. Can they get the fire sign crystal before it causes a terrible eruption or, even worse, will James succumb to its sinister influence?
What will happen next? What new super-humans and alien robots will chase after James? Was he up to the challenge ahead
of him? All that had happened to him so far had been merely preparation for the next phase of the quest. Surviving the
visions of molten lava which he now knew for certain lay ahead of him on the next quest.
And how had he ended up with his three most trusted friends being such a weird bunch? An ugly floating, green
computer from the future, a ghostly High Priest from ancient Stonehenge and a sarcastic metal tracker which
looked like a shiny cricket ball!

Characters
Some of the characters you will encounter in the book:
- James Lightwater. In a chain of unforeseen and dramatic circumstances, twelve year old budding amateur scientist
James Lightwater has been reluctantly hurled into a quest to save the world from being taken over by an evil
secret society and their alien masters.
- Maximus-Prime (Max). an ugly living computer from 100 years in the future, who emerges through a doorway in time
opened by accident. A time door opened by the power generated from the mysterious black gas in James's everlasting
light bulb experiment.
- TALON (Tracking And Locating Organic Navigator). A metallic cricket ball sized talking locator device. Inside
the device there are a tiny organic brain and an ancient Egyptian coin showing the coded locations of all 12 crystals.
Unfortunately the Dark Zodiac briefly captured TALON and is now able to track it when it leads James through time and
space to get the other crystals!
- Dark Aries. One of the many genetically enhanced super humans created by the Dark Zodiac's sinister scientists.
He is the deputy leader of the secret society. Dark Aries is an older man of giant proportions. At least three meters
high, covered with rippling muscles and covered in black and red high-tech armour. On his head he has a battle helmet
and two large metallic horns.
- Davius. The ancient British High Priest who has control over the Aquarius crystals powers and is able to project his
ghostly spirit body across time to help James.
- Dark Taurus. One of the many genetically enhanced super humans created by the Dark Zodiac's sinister scientists.
Possess even more strength than dark Aries. An unstable incomplete superhuman who is out of control.
- Family. Mum Christine is a nurse in a local hospital. Dad is a local doctor, and teenage sister Mary is a
total pain in the ***!
- Hunter-killer Robots. Alien robots designed and created specifically to hunt down and eliminate their pray!

- ATOSS. The mysterious leader of the Dark Zodiac is revealed!
- The Dark Zodiac Head Quarters. Finally James discovers its amazing location. But what happens when he gets there?
- The alien base of operations. The alien base of operation
- Dark Gemini. One of the many genetically enhanced super humans created by the Dark Zodiac's sinister scientists. She possesses the power to split / create a second independednt twin body. She/they also have the ability to teleport through solid objects.
- Aries-Prime. The guardian of the Aries crystal and guardian of the Roman Empire. As a fire sign she has total command of that element; as well as the ability to fly!
